Are you a real company?
Yes, we are. We are a registered company under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM). Our registration number is 1289833-X.
Will I get Delivery Order and invoice for my bookings?
We will generate all Delivery Order and invoice for all your bookings and email to you.
If I have any problem on shipment day, who should I contact?
You can contact our hotline number, +6010-2388879 and our on-duty Customer Service Executive will assist you with any problems you may encounter. Should you are unable to contact our hotline number, you can reach us through our contact information on our website OR email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Drop us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Who are the logistics providers? Can they be trusted?
We at Factohub understand that the customer’s trust and confidence in us is very important. As such, all our partners are required to be registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM), and we keep record of all their relevant documents such as company registration certification, license and permit. They will also need to go through our registration and briefing process before being able to become our partner. Only legitimate and verified logistics companies are allowed to register with us.
