How to use Factohub services ?

FOR SHIPPING SERVICE ONLY

  1. Search your desired products from China, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam or Singapore and contact your potential supplier
  2. Browse through our logistics page (factohub.com/logistics), select destinations, find our warehouse address in ‘Warehouse Address’ the column then click Copy Text 
  3. Contact your supplier and request for detail information that consists of product total price including delivery chargers to our warehouse (refer #2), carton dimension and carton weight
  4. Once you received all information stated in #3, go back to our logistics page (factohub.com/logistics), insert carton dimension and carton weight in Volumetric Calculator table; then you will get total weight (in KG) and meter cubic (m3) figures
  5. From destinations you have selected, select type of shipping available and calculate shipping price based on the total weight (in KG) and meter cubic (m3) figures that you get from #4
  6. Pay total product price and delivery chargers to your supplier and request for tracking number or delivery slip to our warehouse
  7. Click Copy Text on ‘Please Whatsapp to us your information’ column and click Whatsapp button to contact our Admin for shipping arrangement to our warehouse. Fill in complete information as per list
  8. Once all items reached our warehouse, our operators will re-measure all cartons weight and sizes, and Admin will provide invoice for the finalised shipping amount via Whatsapp
  9. Items will be shipped upon payment received to Factohub Sdn. Bhd via internet banking
  10. Estimated shipping duration as mentioned in our logistics page according to destinations you have selected. Contact our Admin via Whatsapp to check shipment status from time to time
  11. ALL DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY TO YOUR DOORSTEPS
